What will keep dust out of mine site Trucks and- Pit Light Vehicles (LV)- RESPA PFP Technology will!

The RESPA SD / SDX Ultimate PFP- HVAC solutions are not just for Mining / Earthmoving Equipment / Mobil plant. The technology is ideally suited for Fixed Plant Cabins (eg Crusher Cabins, Electrical Cabinets / Rooms), other Mobile Plant such as Locomotives, Bobcats, Compartments (Electrical, Compressor, Motor)- and yes even Mine Site Service and Crew LV's (Light Vehicles)-  and Trucks.

Our Western Australian Distributor- Lyons Air Conditioning Services- recently installed a RESPA SD PFP to a LV Crew Carrier. As the images depict, the unit has been directly attached to the roof for the clients evaluation purposes. Design improvements will be implemented later after completion of the evaluation and intent to roll- out to all site service / crew vehicles and trucks.

Like HME- Mine Site LV's are subjected to a lot of dust- possibly even worse- due to the small HVAC design, vehicle cabins are not as well sealed (compared to HME- eg fixed windows) and filtration is relatively  small and ineffective (block quickly).

The installation was an excellent job and required Lyons to make adaptation, close vents and exclude the external air function of the HVAC.

Pressurisation of the Crew Cabin was difficult but exceed 25-30 pascals of positive cabin pressure, which will certainly assist in excluding ingress of contamination.    

We are certain that our RESPA SD/ SDX Technology will provide the same proven benefits on LV's with:

• Compliance to Worksafe OEL (occupational Exposure Limits). 
• Extended service life of the Filter Elements.
